JR made it out in just over a hr and had us going and house warming back up within 30 minutes. He took the time to explain some things to me that I didnt understand. All around what could have been a very bad situation turned out good. We were very happy with the service."

It was done professionally, to my satisfaction. The other had loose fitings that leaked the gas, and that was replaced and recharged and works fantastic. I am very satisfied about a good job."
